Have just had Ferroli 40/60 wall hung fitted, converted pipework to pumped c/h and H/w. All was well until last night when once c/h warmed up the pump seems to be struggling to pull water from boiler and making clanging noise and shaking and bolier starts chugging and fizzing noise as though short of water, anyone know whats happening here or wrong, is it the lack of water in boiler or the pump not ppumping corrrectly????. When the H/W is warming up and maintaing heat the pump and boiler dont stuffer this. The system has been converted from gravity H/W to fully pumped. Only thing not converted at present is expantion pipe from orginal h/w still leads off from flow pipe into cylinder which when c/h and water is pumping it is over pumping up here into expansion tank, should this pipe now be move to position before the pump by boiler of can an expansion vessel be put in it place?? Thank you for any thoughts
