just recently there has ben a 3 yr old that was raped and a 6 yr old that was abducted,i propose that when the sicko's are caught they should be publicly castrated and hung till they die.yeah sick scum should be made to suffer.rant over.

In Iran they chop the hands off of thieves. Worse crimes result in hanging from a crane in a football stadium, so everyone can watch.

They still get takers though.
