small retaining wall

Hi all,

My garden slopes away from the house, and i want to level this out. Problem is I have a shed at the end with a lower dpc level.

Im planning on building a wall 3m away from the shed and have a step down from grass to some pavers.

Can I build this from preserved 5x2 set in concrete, covered in decking?

not sure what you mean by 5x2's covered in decking? How high will this wall be?
