SMEG Dishwasher Troubleshoot

Hi, I'm having problems with my dishwasher, model number DWI612C.

The cycle starts, goes for about 4/5 minutes and then errors and stops. When it stops the following error occurs; from left to right, the first 3 lights flash with the end light on the right remaining on. I've checked in the manual but this particular error isn't shown. Can anyone diagnose??
