Soft closing kitchen cupboard door, now opens itself

Hi, I've had this kitchen door working fine for nearly 7/8 years, it's one of those soft closing ones.

Recently it's decided to start opening itself a jar when I close it. I've tried adjusting the screws on the hinges but to no luck.

At the moment I have to wedge it closed. Is this common with hinges like this? Any idea how to fix it?

Springs probably knackered

Get a new pair and hinge plates.

It looks like a 95 deg 0 crank concealed hinge, soft close

I think screwfix sell them
 
I agree with @Notch7 that the spring might be tired, but I have never seen that happen before. The hinge is not a soft closing one. Allow the hinge to move forward and I think you will be OK
