Someone to do some planning drawings. West London, Surrey?

I live near Kingston upon Thames.

I need some drawings for submission to the local authority for a rear and side extension I would like to do.

Anyone out there know anyone please? It doesn't have to be an architect or technician as long as you can do drawings to a standard acceptable by the council and that are buildable!

phone up builing control and see if they recomend anyone suitable, they're a helpful bunch usually, ask friends/family who they've used, bear in mind though you usually get what you pay for, ask to see a typical package of planning/buildin regs applications they've already done, get 3 quotes blah blah blah
