Cut an laminate MDF splashback with holes cut for sockets.
What is the best way to seal the cut surfaces please?
MDF undercoat and topcoat; seems a lot?
Varnish?
PVA and something?
How about plastic surrounds for the sockets?
You remove the socket faceplate, put the plastic surround, (guard), in position and secure it with the socket faceplate. I assume the sockets are not so close to a water source that they will come into too much contact with water?
