still a drip on tap !!!!

i have repaired my cold water tap by replacing the washer (like for like) and re-sitting the the tap. (BOUGHT THE PROPER TOOL WHICH SCRAPS THE SEATING ON WICH THE WASHER SITS)

tap still drips!!

any advice ?

could this be cheap taps ?
