Stone/brick cutting

I have a Nutool MS200 mitre saw that takes 205mm/18mm bore wood discs.

If I were to a stone cutting disc of the same size, is mounting the disc on the Nutool machine a feasible way to cut 200x100x60 paving bricks?

Machine Mart might be worth a look, they sometimes have warranty returns at £30 or so.
