Who installed it?

Luckily, it was just one of a load of heaters that had not worked for over a year.
We was sent to check them out to see why.

Anyone tell whats wrong?

I've probably missed something glaringly obvious, but it looks like there may be no main earth connection to the DB in the first picture. Not that it would stop the heaters from working.

No all ok.
Lets say, it was something we could not resolve ourselves.

If he's noticed a phase-phase connection feeding one of the DBs then I really can't spot it. I hope I don't need glasses...

Unless you are conversant with the black box in the middle pic.
You may miss the problem.

Not sure what RF has seen but got me worried now.

As for the earth, never noticed that, may go up in the back of the board from the top of the earth block.

It really looked to me like the CU was connected across two phases, but I've now had a really good look and can see that this is not the case.

Was it just a shafted contactor then?

Theres more boards to the right, so I think that was possibly a double pole Henley with the Yellows behind the neutrals.
