Have any of you guys had any dealings with this relatively new scheme provider. I will be joining a scheme in the next couple of weeks and would like any input or info you can provide.
Just looking for domestic certification at the minute, i know Napit, NiC and Elecsa are the main three, but they do come in a lot dearer.
Any info appreciated.

Getting them to call back is hard enough. I have called several times and verytime the guy who deals with the Electrical CPS is out the office or away from his desk and stil hasnt returned my call.

From my understanding its only about £50 cheaper then Elecsa??

If I were you I would go with ELECSA, may be a little more expensive for registration but they are really helpful and the technical support is A+.

Cheers for the info, think I will give them a miss and go with another provider. Ill have a good look at elecsa

I have had experiences with all four of the providers you have mentioned in your opening post, I am confident in saying that by using ELECSA you will not be disappointed, they are really helpful and accommodating, especially when organising your assessment half day.

Thanks for the advice, nice to have some views from experience of different providers. Having looked into them all and asking a few other sparks i know, i am now leaning towards NIC. This is only due to the fact that two of them who are with the NIC, say that they pick a lot of work up just on the merit of having the NIC badge.
Do or, have anyone of you guys experienced this and is it worth joining just on this basis.
I would prefer to join ELECSA in all honesty as a relative is with the ECA and i think ELESCA are the domestic side of the ECA if the info i have is correct. And he has had nothing but good service from them. I also know how the NIC have the monopoly and like to thing they are the best and only one out there.

The NIC badge obviously presents itself as the more recognised scheme provider. I have been with ELECSA now for four years, in that time I have only had 6 weeks worth of time with no work (which I arranged holidays for) and the last 4 years according to most sources have not been the best for the guy out there trying to ply his trade!
My point is, if you're any good at your job and have a good reputation, don't matter what badge you carry on your van, business cards and paperwork.

And one other point if the badge is something of importance to you, that both NICEIC and ELECA are joined at the hip under the umberal of the electrical safety register: http://www.electricalsafetyregister.com/. So you could actually use their logo on van/vehicle/cards/paperwork.
And looks like this.

So if you're thinking is by having the NICEIC logo it will generate more business for you, by join the ELECSA you automatically become a member of the electrical safety register and can therefore display this logo.
