Hi,

I'm about to fit a new plastic bath (standard size/shape) but the instructions for fitting the legs are a bit vague regarding the placing of these.
Each leg set consists of threaded rods + adjusting nut(s) that locate into a piece of steel angle which has to be attached to the reinforced section of the bath base with wood screws.
Is there an optimum position for these or should they just be fitted a couple of inches in from each end of the reinforced section ?

There should be instructions supplied with measurements telling you where to place the legs.

The instructions are a somewhat 'arty' sketch showing the relative positions of the components and a couple of sentences telling how to assemble.
The only reference to the steel angle pieces is that they should be screwed to the base - no dimensions are given.
