I have a Suprima 60 and sealed system. PCB was replaced by new model within last 6 months. Temp control is set to max.

Boiler starts up and behaves happily for a while, heating radiators and hot water. However it switches to flashing green (boiler temperature control satisfied) well before rads or HW are anything like required heat. If left it will come on again by itself at some point, but again goes back to standby prematurely.

Have done usual checks like all rad TRVs open, adequate pressure in system, etc. Is this likely to be a PCB failure, or is there another possible cause?

Many thanks!
