suspended seating

Hi Everyone,
I am attempting to put up some suspended seating (a swingseat) in my lounge,can anyone recommend fixings to use ?
I have bought an expandeng bolt and am told by the Builders Yard Man that it will suffice for my purposes.
It is a 14mm expanding bolt and i expect the weight it to hold is upto 140k and maybe more with my expanding waistline
Any help would be appreciated.

Where are you expecting to put the bolt? ceiling, wall?

i personally would suggest if it a normal room upstairs rather than an attic with sub 100mm timbers a bit off 18mm ply spanning 2000x1200 covering at least 5 joists will be enough providing you have no signs or worries about bouncy floors
