suzuki ignis cv joint

Hi,my wifes 2002 Suzuki Ignis has develpoped a clunking/clicking from the front near side wheel when turning corners,I suspect the cv joint,not within my experience to do it myself so I was wondering if anyone knows what would a fair price be for a garage to charge,thanks.

The CV joint is abt. £80 and with labour costs of £ ?? depending on where you are the bill may be anything from £180 to INFINITY

I am not a mechanic but have suffered at the hand s of many of them in the past......

I hope you dont need a Drive Shaft.............OUCH....
