Apparently Brown loved Cobra meetings, they could all gather in a special room, and feel important. Lovely jubbly.

These days you can't really use terms like swarm if you are in the public eye, but I think he got some respect from the unwashed hordes i.e. most people. Bloody PC morons. [spit] Next time he should use 'infestation'. Or 'lance the pus filled boil of immigration'. That should do it.

A quick google brings up several collective nouns , some of which make amusing reading a rash of dermatologists and a bed of swingers for example , but there there doesn't seem to be one for asylum seekers or refugees.
