Garage has been built, but the builders used the garage floor to knock up the render for the walls - so i need a way to get the sh*t of the floor ?

tried one of those Bosch electric scrapers but the floor area is 42 sq/m !!!

need some kind of industrial sander ? or something to take a layer off ?

Also want to paint the floor, will it need "sealing" first ?

Why not use self-levelling compound cement (such as Laytex) over it which will give you a very smooth floor. They can start from as low as 3mm up to 25mm thickness.

Awww come on, you have to show us a picture of this behemoth of a garage... what do you keep in it?! Trucks? Smaller garages?

I guess it must be a triple. Nice.

Was thinking of a screed, as the floor slopes the wrong way too !(font to back) !! and if, as they appear to be able now, go to a feather edge without breaking up, may just be the business !!!

Anyone tackled a 42sq/m (6x7) floor with a screed ??

The beauty of this is, you just lightly float off the compound and it will find it own level. Very easy, well it was for me !
