Textured celing Artex? repair

Hi

Just changed lighting in kitchen and have 3 holes in plasterboard in way of old lights. I have rough filled holes, but now want to try and match the textured finish.

Someone said its artex. Can I get "repair packs" to do this?

If you can't get a repair kit,then ask some of the local painters for a little bit of artex if they have some.I've even used a little bit of ready mix joint finish to repair a small patch in artex, and then painted it .This is another type of surface that is impossible to repair without being noticed,but i'm sure if it's done with a little bit of care and you don't tell anybody it's there,they will never spot it.
