Was he part of a grooming gang or a lone pervert? It’s the gangs that normally get mentioned on here but if you want to start threads on lone perverts, go ahead. Yeah, so what, we know folk from cultures which have more of a "feral" element and are less developed/institutionalised, are likely to have more miscreants.
