Thermocompact 628E

I have just bought a Thermo compact 628E Boiler, I read somewhere that I need to fit an unvented Cylinder could any one tell me if this is correct.
The boiler is brand new and i need to know if it can just be put straight in i also have a water tank in the loft. What would be easiest to install this as my health is not to good and its freezing in here. please help.

Would that be the Vaillant Thermo compact 628E?

The only model I know is a non-condensing model. Unless you have accepted reasons not to use a condensing boiler, you can not install this one legally.
