Hi - I've got a 25 year old Thorn M gas boiler (model M/30 M44/54C) which works fine! Recently though it's stopped heating the water in the immersion heater but it's still doing the radiators no problem. The round timer thingy's not working and I reckon the thermostat's a bit worse for wear ... so do you reckon I need a new Control Panel or just the thermostat? :p

A parts co. said they've got a control panel for an obsolete Thorn (ref: 4390156) but they dont know if it's right for my model.

Any advice, thoughts or opinions would be gratefully received!

Thanks

Mark

Well guess what ... you were absolutely right! It was empty so now that's sorted it's all up and running again! Thanks a lot!
