I have just tiled around the bath in our new bathroom. My wife did not want tile trim put on the top row or the sides even against my advice...
Now she has decided that she would have preferred it.
Is there any trim product out there like quarter round that can just sit on top of the tile flush to the wall or is the only product the type that has to be tiled over??

Thanks

You can still use the plastic trim, put it on a piece of wood and cut the part off that would go under the tile using a sharp wood chisel. Use decorators caulk to hold it on as it matches the grout quite well. Being water based it is also easy to clean off any excess with a wet rag or kitchen roll. An alternative would be quadrant tiles.
