tiling question around windows

hi guys...sorry if this has been asked before, but ive got a completely blank bathroom, just been built and has been plastered..ready for tiling...im ok at tiling the two wall and the wall with the door...where do i start on the windows side...my missus wants me to tile inside the window as well but not the sill.....do i start tiling from the wall where the window is ?....basically where do i start from and how?....please advise..cheers in advance

Ah, at last a question I can answer. Well, I think I can. You start from the outside edge in, with a whole tile. If you do it the other way around, as I think you're suggesting, you will most probably have to cut the outside edge tile and that won't look as neat. Do it the other way around and the cut bit will be by the window itself and you can seal any small gap with grout.
