Timber tilt and turn windows with triple glazing

We want to replace some windows - standard british (opening outwards) - with something better like inward opening, tilt and turn ones in timber with triple glazing.

Usually they seem to be imported from the rest of Europe - Scandinavia, Germany, Poland, Lithuania.
Does anyone have any good experience with suppliers who might also be able to install?
