My Toyota Previa has just failed the MOT on worn upper ball joints on the rear suspension. Previas seem to be scarce in scrap yards but one breaker has quoted me £90 each. Does this sound reasonable? Does anybody know of supplier where I can buy new/recon ones for around this price? Also, when I looked at one in a scrap yard today, it was impossible to undo the nut and bolt that holds the other end of the arm to the body. Can anyone give me an idea what sort of job it is to do these joints. The vehicle is a British made 2.4 with rear wheel drive. Any help gratefully received.
