I have just realised the seal aroung my bath has been leaking. The wall behind the bath is black with damp and smells pretty bad. What is the best way to dry the wall out, get rid of the damp and smell?

Is the bath on a wooden floor, if so get under and check them for rot. If they are rotten, your joists might be rotten as well.
