uneven floor

hi there

please help me!!

we have bought over a ton of tiles but now we cant put them down.
Our floor is enuven in a line down the middle and one half is concrete and the other halr is plastic tiles.
do i have to get rid of the plastic tiles before we lay the tiles? and how do we deal with the uneveness?
