UPVC aluminium door mechanism replacement

Not sure if it is possible to buy parts to replace a faulty latch in a Yale lock mechanism or need to buy a replacement
The lock works fine but door will not stay close on the latch - the latch can be pulled out of the casing but lost the ability to be spring loaded.

The locks mechanism is a single bolt (not multipoint) and has the name Glissade (Yale on the side plate)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If it's just the latch thats lost its spring, take the lock apart and fit a new spring. Other option is just to replace it - but you'll have to search around for the replacement, or enlist the help of a locksmith.

regarding replacement try a local dg company, in our area there is a company that advertise window spares, i.e locks, handles
