UPVC door hinges

i have previously posted this question but got no final solution.

I have an exterior double glazed UPVC door which opens outwards to about 90 degrees before "hitting" the exterior brickwork.

Are there hinges that i can buy which will enable the door to open fully ie flat against the brickwork (extension hinges of some sort) bearing in mind that it is quite heavy? If so where i can get some?

This has been mention before,see this To be honest you will have to go back to the manufacter as there're all made difference and like you say the hinges would have to stronger enough to take the weight.
