UPVC Door

I have uPVC door with 2 glass panes in, I want to change the bottom panel to be able to fit a cat flap.
Can anyone tell me how to get the bottom panel out off the door?
It has some bedding on the inside of the door but can't seem to get this off.

Remove the rubber sealant beading first with a blunt tool then push the glass back a bit then unclip the upvc beading on the opposite side
