vauxhall zafira heater always cold

Can anyone help my heating on my zafira 2002 is always cold I have changed the thermostat and it's still cold but it is not clicking just coming out cold could anyone help thanks

Also read this news items about the recall of 220,000 Zafira B due to a high risk of fires starting in the heater fan control system.

There appears to a theory that repairs using unbranded components has been the cause of many of the fires.

Thanks all and the recalls are from 05 onwards I'm going to have another look at my heating if I need anymore assistance I will write a message
