very low hot water pressure

hi all i have very low hot water pressure in kitchen and utility room could it be an air lock there is a cloak room next to kit/utility and the pressure in there is great also upstairs is good any info appreciated

What type of hot water system do you have - conventional cylinder or mains pressure ie combi etc?

Have you replaced the taps - are they now 1/4 turn ceramic valves?
