VERY NOISY INDESIT WI 121

I have an Indesit WI 121, about 3 years old.

A few months ago, the drum wouln't turn and I discopvered the belt had come off. I re fitted it, and a few weeks later it did the same again. Now when it spins it is very noisy and there is a lot of vibration in the machine. Would the belt be loose and need replacing or is it something more sinister?

It'll be the bearings, in which case you're looking at a rather expensive repair.
