Vokera Combi Boiler NO water from hot tap

I woke up this morning, put the hot tap on and no water came out at all!
Cold tap is fine, central heating is working fine. I've got a Vokera Linea 24 combi-boiler. The pressure gauge seemed bit low so I sorted that out so it was on nearly 2 now it's back down again...does anyone know what's wrong? Thanks

Restore fill loop tap to 12 o'clock position!!!!
