Vokera combi hot water activation time

I have a Vokera combi that is going on for 20 years old. In the last week or two, it has been requiring a faster and faster cold water flow before the gas kicks in for hot water.

I imagine that a flow switch is probably the cause?

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Or possibly the diaphragm is perishing worse and worse.

Sounds like the Domestic Hot Water Diaphragm may have worn out.

Is it a 20/80 RS Turbo.

Yes it is a 20/80 RS Turbo

At 20 years, has to be the Turbo.

If it is only the diaphragm yes, but would check rest of boiler at this age thoroughly. It has done well.
