This boiler keeps losing pressure. on inspection i noticed the blow off is dripping constantly. At first i tried to check the expansion vessel, the valve would not let air in or out though. Need some help with what needs done guys :rolleyes:

Replace PRV, re-charge/ replace EV.

Look into some training with boiler manufacturers, alot of boilers have simular makeup (like cars, four wheels engines and so on), once you pick up the way they start up and run, then your away.

Or you could ring the tech lines whilst at the boiler, every bit helps.
I know what its like to come from a commercial background, but it aint rocket science ;) (unless its the new condencing rocket :LOL: ;) )

At what pressure does PRV drip? Is the pressure gauge working?

I have this problem as well. Other halfs always complaining about washing my boxers. :LOL:
