Vokera Maxin 24e combi boiler - no hot water if heating off

Hi

My boiler has stopped giving hot water unless the central heating is on.
if the central heating is off the boiler does not fire when i turn the hot water on.

if the heating is on then the hot water runs fine

can any one help??

Probably the diaphragm, easy job, cheap part.

yep you need the DHW diaphragm replaced or possibly the sensing tubes cleared if you are in a hard water area
