Wagner 150m - gun and hose connection/type

Hi all.
I did a stupid thing. I bid on the wrong ebay product as I was in a rush. I ended up getting a Wagner 150m...... But only the body with no hose or gun
So now I'm trying to find some parts but those I've found online seem to be more expensive than buying a whole new 150m. Can anyone help let me know the type and connections of the hose and gun so I can look at some alternative products? I know nothing so am very confused with all the differences and don't know what I should be looking for (or if they will all work).
Or anyone know where I can get reasonable parts? I didn't see any on the Wagner site.

Thanks. Any specific things I need to look out for? I don't know how much of this is universally generic and which are specific to brand. For example, most I've seen show suitable for Wagner Titan but I don't know if that will fit/work on the 150m (e.g. https://a.aliexpress.com/_EQ7e9wh)
