I've not heard of ready made walk-in wardrode, I have done a few and are normally made to measure because every room sizes and layout are difference, they are more popular for loft conversion for walk-in wardrobe to use up all the loft space.
I believe Narnia sell them.

I think what you are after is modular walk in wardrobes , have a look at http://www.walkinwardrobes.com they have a video on that site that shows you how a walk in wardrobes system goes together and i am sure they sell the part world wide
