warm deck roof

I just wanted to find out how I could attach the roof (flashing) to a pre-fabricated house. The roof that is going to be built is a warm deck flat felted roof.
Also I was wondering if anybody has any drawn plans of the construction, of this type of roof that they would allow me to see. Thank you.

Can you send a drawing ? Is the flashing for a chimney etc ?
