i have a hoover washing machine a couple years old and just recently after using the washer the soap powder draw fills up with water !! Just wondering if anyone has any ideas why this may be happening ??? any help would be great cheers!!!

hi, if you mean that the comfort section is blocked. then remove the cover off that section you may have to take out drawer there is usualy a push down release device in drawer. the cover will have a tube sticking down under neat it, clean all round and IN tube also the same on other part of drawer, water needs to be able to pass through it freely. it works on a syphon principle. hope this helps frank
