Weeds Coming Through Artifical Grass

Have had artificial grass in the back garden for 13 years now and it has been brilliant.

It still looks great but getting so many weeds coming through all over these days.

Have replaced membrane underneath where I can but that's a very tough job as grass so large and very heavy when pulled back.

Looking for some tips or recommendations of weed killer etc.
