i had a leak in my bathroom and the wet patch in the kitchen (the room underneath the bathroom) ceiling and wall will not go away. i have tried painting on those "wet patch removal" paints but it doesnt seems to do the trick. the wall and the ceiling are plaster, anyone got any ideas i can try ?

If the wet patch is now dry and you are left with the stain, you can spray on some stain block or you can just paint it with some oil paint like undercoat. then finish with the emulsion paint on top when dry.
