I have a Victorian House and I am refurbing upstairs (2 bed flat).
All the plaster is blown. How much should I expect to pay a decent plasterer per day?

That really depends on how bad the situation is. If it is a victorian house, then obviously yes, the plaster may well be cr@p, but also bear in mind that the house may need re-wiring / re-plubming as well.

The wiring is ok, that was done about 10 years ago and from what we can see the plumbing is ok.

I want to get all the walls re-plastered but I don't want to be ripped off. What is a reasonable daily rate if I get all the plaster off and down to the bare walls?
