Where can you find out this informatiom?

It looks like I need to buy a new washing machine.

Does anyone know where I can find out the following information....

How long each cycle takes on each washer?
The washer I have now takes, 20 minutes just to spin and 40 to rinse and spin. Not very economical !

The stores take out the manual from the washing machines, they say people take them if left inside.
So as you can see, I can't even go shopping for a washer and look at their manual before I buy.

Any information out there?

Most of this information should be available on line. You can try manufactures, Which, or just google if you have already short listed the machines why not email the manufacturer.
Also if you go to a store like john lewis I am certain that they will be more than helpful you could try there web site. Remember they price match.
