I work all day at these flats and peeing into a small bucket (in storage room) then chucking it into the flowerbeds needs to stop. They watch me and they'll work it out. Should I pee in back of van?

Friends who work from a van all day pee in a bottle (2 litre) in back of their van then empty when they get home or somewhere suitable.

I was reading Del Boy Trotters autobiography , & he had a similar problem when he pulled a bird & went back to her house. He asked if he could use the toilet, she said her nan was asleep upstairs, so told him to use the kitchen sink so he didn't disturb her. After a while he asked if she had any toilet paper.

I have it on good authority that fabric conditioner bottles are better, the neck is wider.

Hope he removed the washing up from the sink first.

And what about if you need to do "big jobs" ? As an old man with a weak bladder, getting caught short whilst out is a constant worry.

A bucket in the back of the van with a black bin bag in it serves as a temporary wc in an emergency. Take the bag out tie it up....job done.

Keep a loo role in the van too......that really helps.

Pour it down a drain.
Regarding the bucket and black bag variant ...that doesn't really work .......

I remember someone who needed a wc at Kentucky fried ...toilets out of action and they wouldn't let him use the staff one.......the bucket trick in his van and put it in their bins ......He thought it was poetic justice !

Utterly at random at football on the weekend, talking with the other dads about "the trots".

One, in his younger days as a long-distance HGV driver, was afflicted while bunked in his cab.
Using the bag-and-bucket technique and, after cleaning himself up, went to dispose of the arisings.
Unfortunately for him though, there was a gang of other drivers congregating near the bins, and he was too embarrassed to dump the goods with them around. So, he went back to his truck, hung the bag from a convenient bit of his truck, and went back to bed.
When he woke up the next morning, his bag was gone...........:mrgreen:
