Where to buy 72 cm x 57 cm concrete man hole ?

Hi,

Where can I buy a concrete man hole cover?
The existing one is damaged and I need to find a replacement. The size is 72 cm by 57 cm. I do not know if this is standard.
I have tried google without any luck. All I can find are metal ones so I either must be doing something wrong or this is what is being used these days.

Concrete ones are from the 60's - you won't get them now.
