which profession for a stud wall?

I want to put a low insulated stud wall beneath a window in a room where the sloping roof forms the wall (picture). And move the radiator forwards.

As well as a plumber, do I look for a joiner? Odd job man? General builder?

Chippie or a general builder would probably be your best bet.
