Whirlpool ADG7560 Dishwasher - Door will not stay open!

I have just installed my new Whirlpool dishwasher ADG7560. I have not fitted a door panel yet.

This appliance is supposed to be fitted with a counter-balanced door that is meant to "stay open at any angle". However everytime I open the door and let go, it closes immediately - and requires significant pressure to be applied to keep it open [meaning filling it is a hassle, with one hand only!].

Any idea how to adjust the springs or...?

fit the door panel it adds more weight to keep it open.

Hi Yannick, I'm considering buying one of these but have heard its a right pain in the a$$ to fit the door? How did you get on with it?
