Lift the metal cover, and you'll find the screws underneath.
Hi TicTac anc Dilalio thank you both. I tried this morning using screwdriver but even if it is loose but it still hard to left it up. I can see a bit of screw under. I am worried I will break something. Also even if I lift it up how I can fasten it up? No holes on the surface everything is underneath

Is there any branding on the seat or loo that would enable you to look up online, there may some installation instructions somewhere!

You gotta do what you gotta do. We all have times when we think that if we push or pull too hard summats gonna break. Bottom line, break it or not, the screws are under that cover. It will have to come off if you don't want the seat moving around and painfully trapping the bits of your anatomy that you would rather not have trapped.
