Thank you. But are you sure? I tried but the cover seems connected with the base. Should i try again?
Put some lubricant around the pins to aid removal of the cover plate - fairy liquid will probably do it but I’d take the whole thing off, if you can do so without losing the fixings into the back off the pan and give everything a thorough clean and DRY... it’s usually cleaning products that get under the rubber seals which makes loo seat fixings loose and then the seat moves.
Hi TicTac anc Dilalio thank you both. I tried this morning using screwdriver but even if it is loose but it still hard to left it up. I can see a bit of screw under. I am worried I will break something. Also even if I lift it up how I can fasten it up? No holes on the surface everything is underneath

You gotta do what you gotta do. We all have times when we think that if we push or pull too hard summats gonna break. Bottom line, break it or not, the screws are under that cover. It will have to come off if you don't want the seat moving around and painfully trapping the bits of your anatomy that you would rather not have trapped.
Is there any branding on the seat or loo that would enable you to look up online, there may some installation instructions somewhere!

Thank you so so much. I think section E is very helpful. I need to take the hinge cover off then hopefully I can see the those screws and fasten them and then job done lol. Thank you. mine is similar to the one shown only with separate covers and they are retained by nuts underneath as are most seats
